Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flaggr at flaggr.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Flaggr provides a feature flag management platform including a web dashboard, REST and gRPC APIs, client SDKs, and related tools. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Account Terms
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
- Exceed reasonable API rate limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting
Intellectual Property
Flaggr is open-source software released under the MIT License. You may use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the license terms. The Flaggr name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you store in the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flaggr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
